Image One will choose vendors who provide their employees with a safe and
healthy workplace in compliance with local laws.
Image One will choose vendors who take a strong stance against the use of

laws in defining the term "Child". Image One will not knowingly partner
with vendors that use the labor of persons under the age of 15 regardless
of the law of the country.
Image One will not knowingly work with vendors that use forced or other
compulsory labor in the manufacture of products intended for our
customers.
Image One will not knowingly use vendors who use corporal punishment or
other forms of mental or physical coercion.
Image One recognizes and respects cultural differences found in the
worldwide marketplace. However, Image One believes that workers should be
employed on the basis of their ability to carry out duties of a particular
job, rather than on the basis of personal characteristics or beliefs.
Image One will choose vendors who share this belief.
Image One will choose vendors who do not require more than 48-hour work
weeks on a regularly scheduled basis, except for appropriate compensated
overtime in compliance with local laws.
Image One will choose vendors who share our commitment to the betterment
of wage and benefit levels that address the basic needs of workers and
their families so far as possible in light of national practices and
conditions.
Image One is a member of the Fair Labor Association (FLA). As such, our
goal is to improve the living and labor conditions for employees in the
factories in our supply chain. We desire to meet or exceed international
labor standards and have made a commitment to comply with standards set by
the FLA and other labor organizations.
Image One provides a product to consumers that impacts workers within our
city, nationally and internationally. Our Workplace Code of Conduct has
set minimum standards as a tool to improve the treatment of workers at
home and abroad. By pursuing ongoing training and re-evaluation of our
standards, we plan to stay on a path of continuous improvement that
improves the quality of life of the employees we touch.
